Midsummer Festival

We partnered with the Totnes Town Council to host a weekend of live music, theatre, film animation and events celebrating the progressive ethos of Totnes and mark 20 years of Transition Town Totnes. 

June 20th - 22nd 2025 was a festival of stories, community and celebration. We looked to the origins of TTT and how the movement inspired the world, the projects and stories of Transition in action, and step into the future of what could be. 

There was fun for all ages, including community theatre in Leechwell garden, bike rides, a picnic, a solstice cairn walk, zumba in the park, as well as music on Friday and Saturday evening (featuring Briony Greenhill, Shakalaka, Playback Theatre and more).

We also have a bursary fund to reduce financial barrier to attendance, such as travel costs, parking and childcare.
