Local groups and projects in the Transition Movement are helping communities to be more resilient, from increasing low impact affordable housing, sharing skills, creating livelihoods, reducing energy costs and carbon emissions, growing our local food economy and working in partnership with other local projects.

Yeoland is a 6 acre site on the edge of Totnes gifted to Transition Town Totnes to become a site for nature restoration, education and community land access.
