This workshop is a safe place to be with our feelings, helping us to stay grounded, connected and responsive to what’s happening in our lives, our communities and our world. Unless we have spaces to feel our responses to the destruction in our world we can easily feel paralysed or numb – and not take the necessary action to prevent more harm.
This course of workshops is based on the work of Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone. The group will be co-facilitated by Jeannie Hodder, Lindsey Stewart and Teja Campbell.
Participants will cover the costs of the hall hire. This work is an offering from the facilitators. Participants will be asked to make a donation for the facilitators’ work at the end of the course.
Participants are expected to commit to the whole course. Spaces are limited (approx 16 places) so booking is essential. If you wish to make a booking or obtain more information could you please contact: Jeanniefirstname.lastname@example.org; Lindsey- email@example.com; Teja- firstname.lastname@example.org
