Time to Breathe is a community meditation and mindfulness class in the heart of Totnes. We offer a space for the Totnes community to come together and attend to the inner world.
Since resuming in June, we have held weekly in-person sessions on Monday lunchtimes. Each session offers simple and effective techniques for quieting the mind and opening the heart. We explore these through movement, breathing exercises and meditation.
We have a six week rolling programme where we introduce new practices each week for six weeks. Each technique is designed to be easy to follow, and we hope that those who attend feel inspired to introduce these practices into their lives.
We will be taking a break during August, resuming again on 6 September. Everyone is welcome to join us at the Totnes Natural Health Centre on Mondays from 12.30 - 1.30pm.
