Time to Breathe, a TTT Pulse Group initiative, celebrated their 7th year of weekly Time to Breathe sessions on December 17th 2019. Thank you to Hilary Bee, who organises and leads the sessions, for her dedication and enthusiasm, which has kept the sessions going and enabled an inviting way for many people to find out more and get involved with TTT. The “Time to Breathe” group provides simple practices, that you can do on your own as well as at the group, and hold space for relaxation, growth and self-nurturance. It offers a range of tools for personal use that includes:
- Breathing and meditation techniques for opening the heart
- Methods for relaxation and unwinding
- Breathing to process emotions (no discussion required)
- Practices for integration, grounding and centring
The group is led by Hilary Bee, who has worked in health and healing, with public health care providers as well as private practice for over 30 years.
