Totnes10 is looking for an intern for 2 days per week for up to 6 months to help create deliver change-making local food events and activities, including Totnes' second Local Food Festival.
This is an exciting position for a creative organiser looking for experience at a grassroots level to strengthen the local sustainable food sector and build community food initiatives. You will learn how Transition Town Totnes delivers activism in practice with our Totnes10 local food project, about the challenges and opportunities for local food producers and about enabling the community to support local food and farming.
You’ll build on your existing organisational skills to help develop and deliver the second Totnes10 Local Food Festival, following a very successful 2016 festival that brought together local food producers, retailers and community to celebrate and showcase local food.
