Totnes Fruit & Nut Tree Project are hosting a local community apple harvest on Friday 9 October – followed by a display of local fruit and nuts at the Totnes Eco-Homes Fair on Saturday 10th.
Come and help us harvest apples for a display of locally-grown fruit and nuts. Guess the weight of our foremost fruit and win some apple-themed prizes. Discover our local orchards!
Meet and harvest: 4.30pm onwards Friday 9 October at Collwell Wood (200 yards on right up Harper’s Hill – across main road from top of Cistern Street in Totnes)
Meet and share: 10am to 3pm Saturday 10 October, at Eco-Homes Fair, Civic Hall, Totnes.
Join us at the harvest and/or the Civic Hall to help with our display of locally-harvested varieties of apples and nuts. There will be apples to sample and some apple-themed prizes to win. NB: If you grow interesting varieties of fruit and nuts please do bring these to our stall at the Eco-Homes Fair!
