CosyDevon, a partnership involving E.ON , Devon County Council and the Devon District Councils, is now up and running and has lots of ECO (Energy Company Obligation) money to spend on insulation. The scheme is offering the following to Devon homeowners, landlord or private tenants :-
- A replacement A-rated gas boiler if you are on certain benefits and you boiler is old/broken.
- Free cavity wall insulation
- Free loft insulation
- Free or subsidised loft top ups (depends on where you live)
- External wall insulation with funding support from CosyDevon
