FREE  - Rammed Earth tire-wall skillshare workshop

Reusing tires, creating beautiful space, building skills and community, having fun

This is a great opportunity to learn hands on the skills needed to make an earthship by making a rammed earth tire retaining wall.

The skillshare will be under the expert teaching of Duncan Passmore from the Schumacher College Green Building Team

Please bring gloves, a spade, a sledgehammer if you have one, and buckets.  Please label your tools and gloves. Please also bring an open mind, and clothes that you can get dirty in.

We will begin with an intro/instruction at 9.30am, have lunch ( soup provided ) then resume until 5.30pm.
This is a real hands on experience where many hands really do make light work. We will be lead by an expert craftsman and not be needing the gym afterwards. We like to call this the green gym.
