Barrel house is closing for refurbishment so we will be at the
DEVERES Restaurant, 50 Fore Street, (opposite Arcturus)
Totnes, Devon TQ9 5RP until mid february. After that we will return to Barrelhouse. We will put a sign on the door on Mondays too to remind folks who may not have seen… and tell your friends if you want to who may be interested.

Strategy day this Saturday in the Methodist church hall starts at 10-3pm. we need as many of you as possible to be there and create the the future of the arts in Transition…esp the next 2 years. maybe have a look at the EDAP too and bring your comments along for input on this.

From Kyle Perkins: Visual Art Show (freerunning)
A mix of freerunning performance and a Visual Art Show that produces a selection of abstract art. My idea is to produce a show which really infuses movement and art. I need people who are a custom to creteting an art installation and people to film and possibly sell the works of art at the end. The Idea is gong to be a multi purpose show which has multi media aspirations.
Also from Kyle: Artist WANTED! To have free reign and graffiti or paint pieces of art work on my climbing/freerunning/gymnastic equipment. Fiona G , wonder if you have an interest in coordinating this part of Kyle's project with all of your experience etc?

An invitation to filmmakers, theatricals, dancers, painters, guerilla makers, upcyclers, trash-ionsistas and all creatives interested in transition. All welcome. Drinks served.
Interactive presentations by Yuli Somme with her felt shrouds, Sue Deakin with her soundscapes of the Oak Tree, Phil Hemsley with his photographs of our local land that make us fall in love with here, Christoffer DeGraal with a Moving Sound session and Ruth Ben-Tovim presenting her Encounters projects and YOU. All this along with inspiring discussions and company, opportunities to share in our community engaged in transition related work.
