Launch of TTT new Upcycling group on July 31st – come along!

You are warmly invited to the first meeting of TTT's new Upcycling Group on July 31^st, 12 noon to 2 pm (bring your lunch!). This will be a brainstorm session to map out ideas, roles and priority tasks.

Our remit would include looking at waste and its prevention, recycling, swapping/gifting, repairing, reclaiming and upcycling, as well as building bridges with other groups within and outside TTT which are tackling these issues.

Campaigns might include reinstating a resale area at Totnes Recycling Centre, creating other facilities for upcycling – including a reclaimed timber store , making Totnes plastic-bag-free, adding our voice to broader consultations on waste and others.
