About the Totnes Cohousing Group

The Totnes Cohousing group started in 1996 and has been under the TTT umbrella since 2008. We have a site for for cohousing at the moment which is part of the Baltic Wharf development in Totnes. Having met regularly with the owners, TQ9, over the last 3 years and more recently with their development partners, Bloor Homes, we are now contributing to the architect's design of our part of the first phase. Building should start at the end of 2012. We are actively seeking people who want to buy homes in Baltic Wharf Cohousing and hold Open Days for potential new members on the last Saturday of each month.

We were interviewed for BBC Spotlight on 26th Oct and here's a slightly longer version of the interview that didn't get broadcast at the time - thanks to the BBC for putting it up on their website though!
