Over 5 years ago people came together in the town to look at how were can prepare for the twin shocks of climate change and peak oil - and how we could make our community more resilient in the face of those changes.
We found it easier to look at differnt themes and see how these would be affecyted, or could be strengthened and developed - as well as using this opportunity to create the sort of changes that both ade sense at these times, but that also were positive changes we would want to see in our communtiy.
