How can we make ends meet with rising energy bills?
Is locally produced food better for us?
How could local transport be improved?
What is co-housing – who could benefit?
Why will water get more expensive?
Can we feel more secure in times of change?
How can buying locally help?
These are just some of the questions we will be discussing at this thought provoking workshop
Who should attend? Everyone with an interest in society and community: resident’s groups, interest groups, Housing trusts, lifestyle groups, elderly people, young people, parents, carers, citizens.
Come along for some informal conversations about the
future of our community. Find out about the Totnes & District
Energy Descent Action Plan 2030 being put together and have YOUR SAY.
These workshops will be enjoyable and creative. All participants will
have the opportunity to find out more about these important issues,
assess their own energy usage and get some tips on reducing energy.
